Hi We have got a JVC GR-D63 and after struggling to get the software working correctly to capture video to PC, we rang JVC to get some help, they have said we have the wrong software disc and to contact our supplier to get the right one.

After contacting them they told us we needed the invoice, Unforunately its a second hand camcorder and we dont have it. There is nothing on the site for downloading the software so we are stuck at the moment. Don't know if this site will be of any help but you can try it.
